What are the free-plan limits?
The upcoming free plan is designed to include 2 GB of cloud storage and 3 Life Chapters. Final allowances will be confirmed when the plans launch.
Plus is not available to purchase yet. We’ll explain the final limits and upgrade options before they take effect.
Do I need to download an app?
Web early access is available now—no download needed. Open MyMappi in your browser on a phone, tablet, or computer, create an account, and verify your email. The iOS app is coming soon to the App Store. Follow MyMappi for launch updates.
Is MyMappi free to start?
Yes. Create an account and start saving memories for free. The upcoming free plan is designed to include 2 GB of cloud storage and 3 Life Chapters. Final limits will be confirmed before the plan rollout. Plus is a future optional upgrade and cannot be purchased yet.
Can I edit or delete my memories?
Yes. You can edit or delete individual memories in the app. To delete your account and associated cloud data, open Account and choose Delete Account. Read the account-deletion guidance if you need help.
Where is Our Map available?
Our Map’s current coverage focuses on Sarasota, Bradenton, Tampa, and St. Petersburg, Florida. We’re expanding city by city. Your private My Map memories can be saved around the world.
How is this website measured?
We use Plausible for aggregate page views and clicks on the first-memory and tour buttons. These website events do not include your memory content or account details. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are respected. Read our Privacy Policy.
